Another trip around the sun, what a year it has been. Full of ups and downs, heart break and triumphs. Grateful to have had a great birthday, was feeling well and embraced it. It's amazing how much life can change in a year and I like to always take a moment the next day to reflect. Although it was the hardest year I've had , it's been a blessing. I have found peace in the chaos, healing in the heartbreak and a pure love for life. With the tide changing in my health in a positive direction finally, I have embraced it fully. Time to get back on a workout regime, get back to me. Losing yourself to a disease is real at times, but the moments we can grasp ahold of- we must! I refuse to let MS define me, my life or my opportunities. It's time to take what control I do have and create something beautiful. It's time for a new journey!
